I received a gift arrangement. The person who made the delivery was masked and carefully placed the flowers on the front patio pavers within the gate. I was on the phone when delivered and could not express my appreciation for her consideration in handling the flowers and in wearing a mask. The flowers are lovely and fresh, despite the heat.
I received a beautiful plant as a bereavement gift. It died after two days and I have been trying to contact the shop for one month. No answer. I even drove down to the shop and it was closed in the middle of the day. I would never recommend this business.
My experience with Artemis Designs has been positively positive. Great flowers and the customer service was very professional. I needed my flowers delivered by a 2:00pm and my loved did receive them on time. I would use them again.
I have been using this shop for years. The owner is on top of everything and does her arrangements and goodies to perfection! I would recommend this place to everyone !!!
They delivered some flowers to my address that weren't even for me....supposed to go to some other person. I have been calling their store all afternoon and there's no answer--they are supposed to be open til 5pm today.
