My daughter-in-law, who lives in Iowa, sent me a Christmas arrangement. Great job. It was beautiful and it stayed fresh and lovely long past the New Year. I don't know how she found you, but very happy that she did. Thank you.
I ordered an arrangement for my sister and this is what she got. When I contacted the company to ask her if she remembered the arrangement that was delivered yesterday her response was we did thousands arrangements yesterday and said here talk to the manager and hung up on me. I paid extra for the premium arrangement. I didn't bother calling back. This is their work a picture is worth a thousand words.
I agree with everyone here that gave a review on the worst flower shop in Tucson!! If I could give no stars at all I would have. I actually went thru Telaflora, and they did not want to disclose the flower shop name, I wonder why! Anyway I order on Telaflora website what was a beautiful flower arrangement and what was delivered by flower shop was a disappointment of an arrangement definitely UGLY! The delivery was supposed to be on the 23rd and was delivered sometime On The 24th my daughter was already out of town. Anyway I contacted Telaflora and demanded my full refund which they agreed to..I will post a picture of the ugliest arrangement!
I have been waiting for my order (#28783) to be delivered to a dear friend in the hospital since YESTERDAY. No one is answering my calls or emails. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated!!!!!
My parents received a bouquet yesterday that my aunt purchased for their 66th wedding anniversary. My aunt lives in Minnesota.nThe arrangement is terrible. Flowers are almost dead less than 24 hrs. What a shame, I don’t want to upset my aunt by telling her.
