Took in an elderly cat unexpectedly that needed a handful of vet services. Woburn animal hospital rearranged their appointments the next day (pretty sure the vet skipped lunch in order to make it work) and gave him outstanding care. Had to go back for a procedure and few other things as our new cat got better, each time the vets and vet techs treated him wonderfully. The front desk staff are great as well. Everyone who works here clearly loves animals. Would give 10 stars if possible.
We’ve been bringing our cats to Woburn Animal Hospital for several years, and have always been pleased with the level of care. But the way they handled our kitty’s visit today was especially exceptional! They were kind, professional, and fantastically communicative while working safely with COVID restrictions. They went above & beyond to assure us our cat was OK, and we never doubted he was in the best hands when we couldn’t be with him. Thank you, Woburn Animal Hospital for your high level of care and excellence!
They have always been compassionate and professional. You never want to make an emergency trip here, but if you have to talley know how to treat you.... And your beloved furry little one

The Woburn Animal Hospital gave my dog great care. They are empathetic, kind, patient, and caring. I got an appointment right away, and the organization and cleanliness of their hospital exceeded all my expectations. I was so happy, that they take great pride in what they do, and how they do. My dog Diesel is well today, thanks to their care. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone who loves their pet and is looking for exceptional care.
