My dog has been to this location several times over the course of the year and has been seen by more than one vet. He has had loose stool since yesterday and this morning the receptionist claimed they would not accept a stool sample for analysis claiming that the doctor working now has not seen my pet and would not prescribe medicine. The hospital has access to his up to date medical records and so this response makes no sense. My dog may have a parasitic infection and they do not care about providing a treatment plan. I am hesitant to use their services moving forward.
They need more staff, but were really great.
The worst Benefield I’ve been to!!!!nThe staff was okay but the Dr, M.Aliziane was very incompetent!! Left the hospital with my cat with a ear infection without any medication.nHe wasn’t compassionate about my cat !nDefinitely not recommend this place.
They made an overall really cumbersome process much much easier and less stressful for me. I recommend this vet and these hard working professionals to absolutely anyone and everyone!
I highly recommend Banfield. Dr. Max and his staff offered the best service. Thank you for taking such good care of Lolla.
