I've been going to this PetSmart for 4 1/2 years and have never had less than an excellent experience! Friendly customer service, great quality products, and a layout that makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for without being overwhelmed. Definitely recommended!
Love this location. Always clean, well stocked and staff are very helpful and polite. There is a dog and cat grooming facility, a doggie daycare and we use the Banfield Vet Clinic which is excellent, esp if you buy the pet wellness plan( reasonable prices).
There is a staff member working at this location who is professional and truly loves animals. After the completely unacceptable customer service experience I had today with another associate, however, I have to give this store a one-star rating.
When we lived in Arlington, 10 minutes away, this was my go to location for 20 years. We have two cats and a dog, so lots of shopping. Always wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. One staff person in particular stands out: CARLOS. Amazed he's not the store manager yet! Best advice, runs to get you what you need, but mostly such a pleasure to work with on pet needs as he's *always* upbeat and cheerful. Now that we've moved 45 minutes away to a different town, we still trek to the Alewife location, because Carlos is there and we'd miss him! A+++
We love the dog, what better way to express it than buy toys. I find reasonable prices and staff has a wonderful attitude.
