This is the 2nd or possibly 3rd order using ‘Flowers by Patti’ & this review is long overdue. This florist has GREAT customer service, the arrangements are beautiful & priced within reason.nToday I called at 9am & spoke with such a delightful young lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but I think I’ve spoken with her on my previous orders as well). Anyway, I explained that I live in Las Vegas, my daughter received an important promotion (which she was so complimentary about which was nice) & assured me the flowers would be delivered within a couple of hours.nI was so surprised when my daughter text me a picture of the arrangement & her surprise of how I got them delivered so quickly.nIt’s so nice to receive such great customer service!

I simply wanted a couple stems of mini-carnations for a friend's desk. Nothing fancy. She gave me exactly what I wanted with a smile to go with it. I appreciated that. Nothing like a 5-star treatment even though my order was tiny.
