Floreria Reno

I received flowers for the death of my husband from Floreria. The flowers were dead upon arrival. The roses were already losing petals. When we called the florist, and spoke to the owner, we said he should make it right and send another bouquet. He started screaming at my family member and said we needed to return the flowers to his shop and he wanted the basket so he would not loose money! We told him absolutely not, he needed to do what is right or we would write a bad review. He said he would deliver more flowers by 8:30 PM this was days ago, he never showed up. 1-800 flowers needs to find a good florist in Reno to refer to when loved ones order flowers they expect a beautiful product. Floreria should be ashamed for this kind of shabby service.

One star because nothing less is available. My son ordered flowers to be delivered on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I waited during the day. By 8pm, it had been dark for hours and I gave up waiting and went to sleep. In the morning, there was a message on my phone letting me know the flowers had been delivered. I checked my front porch, and sure enough, flowers- frozen blooms and water in the vase frozen solid. It was 23 degrees at 8 in the morning. (My ring doorbell displayed the delivery at 8:39 PM). I was so disappointed. I called the florist and left a voicemail. I did not get any response from the florist. On Saturday evening I chatted with FTD (FTD assured me that the flowers had been delivered by 6pm according to the florist. I left them know that I had Ring video and the florist was lying.) and was promised a replacement delivery the next day. No delivery was made. It is now Monday evening and I still do not have any flowers. This is terrible customer service. If I had the time, I would picket with the vase with dead flowers in front of their store.

My husband ordered me flowers for valentines day online because he was out of town and wanted to show me he loves me. This florist seems to be the one who took the order. First off they didn’t arrive on Valentines day or on the 15th, they showed up on Sunday morning. What they brought was a very poor representation of what he ordered and paid $70 for! He showed me the bouquet he chose for me on the website and what they delivered was in no way even similar. The color palette was not what he chose, the bouquet was small and sparse compared to the full beautiful example online. The lilies in the arrangement were bent and damaged, the bow on the vase was sloppy and obviously rushed. I totally get that Valentines day is a busy time and honestly I would have not been as upset about the delay had the bouquet they delivered been what my husband had chosen for me (he put a lot of time into looking at the different options and choosing something he knew I would love). This florist doesn’t seem to take pride in their work nor do they care about their customers! I will definitely never use them and will make sure to let others know what a poor job they do! If you are going to vastly exceed the service time you promise you had better make the work worth it! I am a small business owner and this is basic customer service standards! I work in the wedding industry and have seen amazing work by talented artists in the floral industry and there are so many amazing florists in this area who deserve your business, Floreria DOES NOT!

Great experience! Very flexible, got ahold of me immediately when person wasn’t at address, delivered the very next day and in constant communication. Highly recommend, very pleasant staff, very consistent, on top of their game here. Much better then larger flower places! Please put your business to local high quality, personalized service!
