I sent flowers to a friend. I ordered the night before and they delivered that afternoon. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted for over a week. Ordering online was simple and much more reasonably priced compared to others I looked at.
I am originally from Reno, NV and have been living in Alaska for many years. Every time I am needing. Flower arrangement, I call Flower Bell! They have the best customer service and always willing to help from a far. They most recently made a custom Christmas arrangement for my mom and boyfriend and it was absolutely beautiful! Beyond met expectations. Currently deployed and needed a flower delivery. They called saying they might not be able to deliver on time I specified cause of volume. They delivered earlier which I was totally happy with. The note I specified online was also handwritten by staff. Lovey touch. My girlfriend loved her flowers.
I walked into Flower Bell today and asked for a custom two dozen flower arrangement. Not only did they give me exactly what I wanted I was told that they would deliver it despite their day already being booked full. They wanted to make sure it was special. I will not be spending my money on flowers anywhere else.
I was a walk in customer and felt my needs and wants were perfectly taken care of! Fast service with a custom bouquet!!
