So pleased with this place. The owner is awesome! I originally ordered flowers for my aunt from the first place that popped up on google. They told me that nobody answered the door and they couldn’t try to re deliver them until the next day. I called Toni’s at 2pm and she was able to send my aunt a gorgeous rose/sunflower arrangement, it was their last delivery run of the day and I had called just in time. It wasn’t over priced either. I got a call from them saying that nobody answered the door. They even RE delivered the flowers to her hours later. They made her whole birthday special. My aunt is still sending me pictures of the flowers days later and they look perfect.

I came in & asked if they could take one of their already built arrangements & change it to my liking. They let me & did not charge extra. It was absolutely stunning. They are super friendly & helpful & well priced! I love it! 100% recommend then!

I wish I could base this review on my experience of their provided service, but sadly, this is based on their lack of service provided. Over the last 2 years, I have attempted to use Toni's on four separate occasions. The first two they were unable to supply what I had requested, not due to current seasonal availability, but their own inadequate supply. The third time, I had called several times with no luck and eventually gave up and sought out another service. This most recent time, I attempted calls for service and then decided I would stop in onsite to attempt to give them my business. No luck again. I have no clue how all 11 reviews are 5 Stars for Service. I have to assume they are all family and friends helping to skew the rating. The rating honestly is invalid due to them being the only florist option we have in Fernley. I have given up in trying to give Toni's my business as the quality of service and availability has become exactly what one would expect of Fernley as a whole, poor and non-existent. If you need a florist, your best option is in Sparks or Fallon.
