Makes me sad to have to give a low rating but the beautiful flowers I received (they were delivered to my home) were ruined. The delivery person just left them outside my door, if my husband hadn't text me I wouldn't have known they were there. I got them right away as soon as he texted me. I bought them inside and noticed they were leaking. I then set them down and a puddle formed. Checked the vase and it was cracked. Asked the shop how it could be remedied but was denied. Horrible customer service when dealing with a customer complaint.
Sad selection. Deflated balloons. Don't offer discounts if you're willing to take damaged items. Won't be back and don't recommend.
Sad sad sad. My son and daughter in law sent over a mothers day bouquet from this place. The flowers were pathetic. Be careful where you spend your money. What a rip off!
I’m from out of town and I wanted to find a place that would be able to deliver flowers to my mom on her birthday. Generally what you see on a web site is a bit different than what you really get. However after searching google and seeing their reviews, I decided to go with Your Thoughts Floral Designs and I have to say that I am impressed! They were able to deliver on the day I requested and to top it off the flowers look just about the same as what I saw on their site. I will definitely use them again!
Norma is super sweet, and professional. She works hard for your business. I have ordered flowers throughout the years for friends, family, and my beautiful wife. Norma has come through, each and every time with 10 stars. Her shop is convenient, and cozy. Go check it out.
