Claudia's flower shop is our favorite in Horizon city. Whether we need a single flower or a bouquet or even an entire arrangement for an occasion, these people know what works best for us.
Really good service and great flowers
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at this place. I called early on Valentine's day and placed an order over the phone to have an arrangement delivered to my wife at her job, which was only a 3 min drive from them. Valentine's is our Anniversary as well and I chose this shop because of the great reviews and distance to be delivered. MY WIFE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! I called in the afternoon to see what happened and they said my credit card number wouldn't go through. No courtesy call or anything. I understand it must've been a busy day but that shows how much they value their customers. I mean, no courtesy call?!! How was I gonna know?Horrible is an understatement.
I totally forgot someone’s birthday and needed flowers ASAP, I came here and picked them up and was done. Service and quality was amazing! I’m definately coming here again!
