I called to inquire about flowers I had ordered they where more than helpful even when the delivery time didn’t match with mine. INFACT, they later called me to inform that i had my order placed for a different date than I had intended. They where able to accommodate me quickly and efficiently and deliver it on the date that I need them deliver. The flowers turned out beautifully! Thank you guys
Excellent service, even through a snow storm they still delivered! Flowers smell so fresh and arrived in perfect condition! I recommend their services for anyone, worth it every penny.
Thank God for Kern Place Florist! I wanted to get my mom some flowers delivered to her at the hospital.... even though I called late in the afternoon- her flowers were still delivered that evening. My mom was surprised and amazed how beautiful, fresh, & fragrant the bouquet was. Mom is home now & her flowers are blossoming wonderfully...3 days later (that’s how fresh the flowers are!). I want to thank you so much for your super quick service and very friendly employees. You certainly made a difficult time much less stressful.
I believe that this picture speaks louder than words.nThe service was very good, and I was made aware that they were going to substitute one of the flowers for tulips.nThe succulent on the arrangement I got was made out of plastic.nnTo see the pictures side by side you have to look at the ”photos” tab on my profile.nn*I picked up a different, nicer arrangement days later at no cost. Again, their service is very good and I was pleased with the second arrangement.
Everytime I've used Kern Place Florist they've gone above and beyond to accommodate my buying experience great.nnI've also been to several weddings over the last year and have seen some amazing floral arrangements. Ironically at each of the weddings when I inquired about who had provided the flowers I was not surprised to find out it was Kern Place Florist.nnGood honest prices, great customer service, and hands down the best florist shop in El Paso.
