Delivery man was super rude ruined my husbands suprise for me and he didn't want to look for my address. Called me and was so mean and arrogant. Chocolate covered strawberrys were bad don't waste money on them.

This place is horrible! The delivery guy was rude and arrogant. Save your money and buy from a reputable florist.

Received a replacement arrangement from Carter's due to another shop error. Carter's sent an AMAZING Violet Dreams bouquet! The arrangement was decorated beautifully. Photos online did not do it justice! Thank you Carter's for making my daughter's birthday a success!

They didn’t get the message I wanted to say with the flowers right they took out a lot of words after I went over it so many times with the lady and then they never told me they were going to charge me more for delivery so I ended up spending almost 100 dollars on a dozen plain roses. I’m never ordering here again.
