My mother lives in El Paso, I live in another state, I chose Guadarrama because I wanted to support a local business. I placed an order through the website, the arrangement I chose was all about the vase. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful but the vase was a cheap glass substitution. If the vase was not in stock, I would have appreciated a phone call to be notified so I could have chosen another arrangement. Not good customer service. Mother's Day is coming up, I will have to look for another local business in El Paso to support and hope they don't disappoint.
