I must say I am beyond impressed with the flower arrangement I ordered. I placed my order with Bernadette and I have to say she was extremely pleasant. I live in Dallas and wanted to surprise my mother with a beautiful flower arrangement. I placed my order to be delivered on Friday, however I called you guys on Thursday to see if it could be delivered on the same day and you went above and beyond to get it done. Not only did you make my day you also made my mother happy. My mother loved it!! I would highly recommend you. Last but not least my mother was not home at the time of the delivery and the delivery guy called me and he was willing to wait for my mom to get home.. Wow!!!! THAT'S WHAT I CALL AN OUTSTANDING FLORIST SHOP!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines Day but the roses in the arrangement were bad. The petals were falling off. I got them on Friday and by that afternoon, two roses were almost bare.
