Grand Animal Hospital

Katerina and I are in Docs debt. She opened the doors to our Mr Boo bear and although it was his time to move on, she made us feel at home and gave us the last special moments in a private setting with our pet. We will always be grateful for that moment and the caring words. Thank you Doc!

We were visiting the area in January and our dog suddenly had a bad limp. We decided to take him to Grand Animal Hospital and they took amazing care of us. They got our boy some medicine to ease his pain and also alerted us to his chipped tooth which needed extraction immediately. My dog had several things going on that needed attention and Grand Animal was a great place to get him the care he needed.

Dr. Carrie is by far the best vet in the county, and the most knowledgeable vet I've ever been to! She has been able to help my boy and figure out his complicated issues when several other vets could not. She is always quick to respond to my questions, even though I ask so many. I also really appreciate that she keeps up to date with modern technology and tries to incorporate natural remedies whenever possible. She also always treats me kindly and respectfully even when I'm sure I've tried her patience.

Dr. Nedele is by far the best veterinarian in all of Grand County. I have worked in multiple vet hospitals all over the state, and I can recognize a good practice from a bad one. She is thorough and genuinely cares about the animals she treats. This practice is the most updated and modern in the county. I will only take my pack of 5 animals to Dr. Nedele. She is the only vet in the county I trust. If you are new to the area or are looking to switch, I have nothing but good things to say about Grand Animal Hospital.

Dr Carrie is a wonderful vet. We have a vacation home in the area which we visit 2-3 times a year. From the time our dog was a puppy through Covid, they have been extremely responsive and helpful. Just a gem of a find up in the mountains in a place where, when you need an extremely competent, responsive vet, they are there.
