Outstanding care and personal service! I met Sonia at Frank's Floral Shop the day we moved to the neighborhood, then came back to order a bouquet to celebrate our unpacking milestone. Sonia created this amazing custom bouquet including multiple personal touches gleaned from our conversation. Even better, she was happy to build the bouquet in a vase we already owned, saving us the step of re-arranging them at home. This business is a neighborhood gem!
This is my second review of Frank's Floral Shop because I ordered from them again and it was another absolutely gorgeous bouquet!! The first bouquet lasted a very long time and so when it finally was time to throw it out, I ordered a new one and it did not disappoint. Just a great shop and love buying local!
My hopes were met by the beautiful flower arrangement! It is really a masterpiece of art and so far it has lasted 12 days. The service was absolutely superb. They offer fantastic customer support. They helped me through my whole order process. I respect their professionalism so much.
Five stars for the excellent service of this flower shop! I like their staves because they are so friendly and accommodating. I was so lucky to pass by in this wonderful shop.
