I went to your shop for the reason that I truly love seeing my table with flowers. It is my routine of buying a bouquet and transferred it into a vase. Went there to buy my wedding bouquet. The florist gave us some suggestions as it was my first time. She took the time to choose all fresh flowers and organized them in very good shape so that I can handle the bouquet easily. I highly recommend this flower shop.
I spoke with the florist and I felt comfortable after our initial conversation. She understood my very specific vision and was a true gem throughout the entire process. She and her team did an absolutely amazing job at my wedding and we have received so many compliments about how our flowering was elegant and classy. I highly recommend the flower shop!
I called to order the flowers for my mom. Flowers were beautiful and definitely unique. I could pick them up after 3 hours after we ordered. Great service and wonderful talented floral designers.
Completely and utterly disappointed with the flower arrangement I ordered for a friend's special birthday. I was expecting something much more substantial for 100 dollars. The color was good and it was simple as I had requested but this does not have the heft or look of 100 dollars worth of flowers (some of this amount was for delivery....a few blocks away). I had asked for something impressive, this was not. I guess 100 dollars in San Francisco will get you an arrangement that would cost 40 dollars in London where I live. I used to go to Urban Flowers when I lived in SF. Guess times have changed. Very disappointing and it made me a bit sad as I was hoping my friend would get a bouquet worthy of what I was spending. The phone service was also a bit curt when I called. That should have been a sign.
