The entire experience from order to delivery, as well as the notifications worked wonderfully. I especially liked the pictures. This business rates as an A++! It was also especially important for me to find a local florist to ensure the freshness and customer service, in this delicate time for my closest friends. It is difficult when ordering on line and at a distance. I appreciate all that R&R have done, truly. A most heartfelt appreciation to the owners and wonderful staff! Loved working with Rossi & Rovetti. They helped deliver flowers to a family member who was recently hospitalized. She loved the flowers and ... she has a very critical eye! Thank you for bringing some beauty to her hospital bed and lifting the spirit of a cousin in need. We placed our order 3,000 miles away and they came through for us. Service was quick, kind and personable. Rossi & Rovetti kept us informed regarding the progress of our order... from start to finish. Thanks to everyone there!

I placed an order with Rossi & Rovetti for a Birthday arrangement for a best friend. I was so happy with the selections available and was able to choose a beautiful one that was more than fit for purpose. From the moment I ordered I received outstanding customer service, from the confirmation process to tracking the delivery and getting a picture of the finished product. The recipient was blown away and they have made a devoted customer out of me. I highly recommend this company, who really take pride in providing unique and beautiful arrangements to celebrate that special person or occasion!

I live in the DC area and my daughter works/lives in SF. I found Rossi and Rovetti Flowers on-line and it was love at first sight. Their website is easy to use and the photos that they display are just some examples of their extraordinary artistry. I have nothing but high praise for this well run small family business. I appreciate the immediate response after placing an online order and the tracking information that is so easy to follow. I love that they are send the name and photo of the designer, the. a photo of the finished product and real time delivery tracking information. Their creations are stunning and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I’ve ordered from here many times for deliveries to my coworkers and friends and will continue to do so. I specifically sought out a family owned business too. They can deliver fast (I always end up ordering day before or day of) and the customer service is A+ (the tracker is awesome and they always call to make sure the arrangement is what I’m looking for).nnBasically I know I can put in my order easily and it will be delivered fast and they will ensure a quality arrangement. I don’t have to follow up or worry about the order getting completed. I can fully trust them to get it done and that they'll contact me if there are any questions, issues, etc. That’s priceless - it saves me time and gives me peace of mind.
