I cannot explain how pleased we are with our experience with this flower shop! They were responsive and incredibly independent, which is just what you need! The flowers were so much better than we would hope. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and quantity they provide. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service, able to deliver the same day in short notice and a great selection of flowers at differing price points! Alexa and her team understood what I had envisaged more than I could have expected, and I loved every aspect. Brilliant customer service, and I highly recommend this flower shop!

I have ordered several designs on various occasions from William Paul, and they dazzle every time. The customer service and the finished products have always left me impressed and excited. Even when they don’t have the exact flowers I’m looking for, they work with me to design something absolutely gorgeous. When I get the pics from the recipient, I’m always just as floored as they are at the beauty of the bouquet. They have won my loyalty.

Terrible service. The flowers never showed up with the intended recipient on 29 March 2021. I live overseas so it is difficult to contact and I’ve called 3x each time no one has access to the system to know the status of my order. Each time they asked for all my details but no one ever got back to me. They promise 24 hour customer service but all they want to do is take orders. Not sure why they even offer the choice to Press “2” to check into the status of your order when know one can help with this. I spoke to a different person reach time, and they are never at the store. Horrible service and embarrassing to have to call the intended recipient to ask if her surprise arrangement ever arrived.nnJust responding to the William Paul’s answer:nnI called 2 Weeks before placing the order to find out it they accepted international credit cards. They said yes. When I finally placed my order I received an order confirmation. No one ever told me by email or phone that my order was never processed. I called 3x as per above and no one could access my account. As I live overseas, stayed up until midnight to call the store again and that was when someone told me that they left me a message to say my card was declined. I told them that I have an international mobile phone and I never received any message at all. Again, terrible service. No excuse the water time and money on long distance calls.

My boyfriend has been sending me the most amazing flowers for our month-aversaries, so I finally asked one of the super friendly delivery drivers where they were coming from and this shop is a local small business in SF North Beach! Every arrangement has been unique, truly special, and lasted for days. The website is gorgeous. I’ll be sending everyone I know flowers from this shop for sure!
