Oh my! This morning I ordered a medium sized Janes Roses & Flowers Special burlap wrapped bouquet for my man to be delivered midday today, and not only were they delivered early, the bouquet is stunning and huge! My guy, a flower lover, was very very surprised and he adores them. They may be the loveliest flowers I've ever ordered, like ever. Thank you for amazing service and outstanding flowers. I will be back.

The arrangement was nothing like the arrangement I ordered and to be honest looked like just a bunch of flowers I could assemble myself. No design to it at all. When I emailed to communicate this she told me she had given me extra flowers and her solution was to go take the flowers away from the recipient and give me a refund. That's certainly not the experience I want for the recipient. But I guess that gives her cover with the credit card company since she offered me a refund. There are many fine florists in SF and I would go somewhere else.
