The facility was overcapacity and our cat was refused. We were treated harshly and they kept the $75 fee. It is a very troubling experience to be yelled at early in the morning after following instructions carefully. Cannot comment on the surgery because we were refused, but if the animals are treated as we are, it can't be good.

Long story shortnI am from MA, 50 miles away from this facility. Scheduled my male cat, British Breed, for spaying at least 2 months in advance.nWoke at 6 a.m. with my 3 year old daughter and drove to RI for the procedure. At 8.30 a.m. we were let inside the facility and an hour later after I left back to MA I got a call from the receptionist saying that my cat didn't qualify for this service because of his face features. He is British and has normal face features.nThey gave me a few hours to come back. I had to cancel my work and put 100 miles on my car to rush back to this facility.nI asked them to at least provide him the vaccination which was promised and they said they were not allowed to do it as well because the cat was declined.nWhat a terrible experience. During scheduling noone even mentioned about possible risks I was taking with the process.nI do not recommend this facility if you have exotic breeds. Also it makes me concerned about professionalism of the veterinarian who concluded that British Cats have flat noses.....They really don't, and they were allowed to fly during the pandemic versus when Persian Cats with indeed flat noses were not allowed.
