Im buying flowers for my mom and my wife every holiday and I know about decent bouquet.nnI needed to convince her to sell me decent bouquetnBut, that lady tried just to take .my moneynSold me rotten flowers.nnNo value for money !!!nOnly if you hate your wife go there.nnRude service !!!nWas looking at me like a walking $ ,not like client.

Disappointed and completely ripped off! Paid for a $104 bouquet and a $30 bouquet was delivered. When I called to complain was told nothing could be done, that I got what I paid for! This place is unethical and fraudulent! Save your money and go elsewhere!

As much as I wanted to write a good review, unfortunately I can’t. I use to work in a floral shop and I understand that we don’t always have the flowers in stock. I would’ve expected a call at least, or some type of substitution... what I ordered had candy canes in it and red and white tulips. There are only white tulips, that are unbloomed, and no candy canes... I am not too pleased with this. Could’ve at least thrown in some type of red flower... the only reason for three stars is because it was on time, and quick.

I had forgotten to order an arrangement for a special young man to my family for his brother’s Memorial Service! So late Friday night I start googling, and I went to a couple of sites (no names), but I always, but especially these days, support a local business. But we are from Huber Heights, Ohio! So...one of my stops was this business and your website...very user friendly!nnI, at first, had a difficult time choosing what I wanted because they all looked so beautiful. But we all know typically that cheeseburger on the commercial and the REAL cheeseburger are two different looking sandwiches (ud83dude02ud83dude02)!nnI digress. I found exactly what I had been looking for, and that was a keepsake amongst a bouquet of absolutely beautiful flowers! I ordered and prayed the entire drive to Elyria (3 hrs) about those flowers, if they had that arrangement for sure, had made sure I had read and re-read the Covid-19 Procedures in place (kudos on that, too, btw)! The Memorial Service was at noon! And I was asking for a lot of a business.nnI am not one to leave reviews unless a company truly moves me, and I just want to shout my praise to this company!nnNot only was the arrangement there when I arrrived at 11:45, it was just as beautiful (if not more so even) than the picture!nnThank you to ALL who had a part in filling my order for Phillip Thomas’ Memorial! What an incredible place to do business with!!! HIGHLY recommend doing business with them! I ordered a sympathy bouquet and it exceeded my expectations and was delivered before the given time! If you are looking for a florist please rest assured they will take care of you!
