Have been going here for many years. The new owners(been a few years now) have done an amazing job there. The new building looks great and all the staff that has worked with us is wonderful!
My dog had three growths removed and stitched. After 2 weeks the hospital said to come back and have the stitches taken out. It turns out that one of the stitches opened, and I had to argue with various people, including Dr. Wilson, the owner, to re-stitch the area. I posted another review, with pictures, on Yelp, and they had the nerve to take it down. I was not improper in my review. I just was stating the facts. They are not allowed to take down negative reviews. Talking with Dr. Wilson was very upsetting. He was so cold that it is hard to believe that he treats and supposedly cares for animals. Again, my first review, which went into even more detail and was on this site, is nowhere to be found. When the practice was owned by the Tuckers, I took all my my family’s dogs and one cat there since age 5 and never had any issues with competence of care and compassion for my pets. It is very sad that their legacy will not being carried on.
My mother has her temperamental dog groomed here. They are great.
For almost 15 years now we have brought our beloved pets to Concord Animal Hospital. What an experienced, caring, loving staff! We will always bring our family members HERE, as we trust their care completely.
I brought my 17 year-old cat to the Concord Animal hospital as my vet of many years had just retired. I knew that Temmoku was probably nearing her end. Dr McCullough and Dr. Carpenter and all of the staff were wonderful. They provided excellent care, showing enormous compassion for my little furry friend and me. Dr. McCollouh helped me with the hard final decision to let Temooku go. I thank everyone at Concord Animal Hospital for making these last weeks of my cat’s life a little gentler
