I called to send flowers to someone there in Sandusky (I’m from out of state). Long story short, I’ll never spend a dime with this florist again.The lady on the phone was super unprofessional. She sounded like she didn’t even want to be on the phone with me in the first place. She couldn’t even tell me my total! She told me to add it up in my head. Doesn’t make sense. THEN, the person I sent the arrangement to called them to make sure she didn’t miss them being delivered. & of course they were rude to her as well. So spend your money where you’re appreciated.
