This was my first time ordering from Ethel's Flower Shop as I live in Southeastern Ohio. I called and talked to Lisa and she handled the order exactly as I asked based on picture of arrangement on website. They delivered the same day and the recipient was so very pleased over the beautiful arrangement and vase as I was. Great job, highly recommend this shop!
Very unique and inviting flower shop. I order all my flowers from them and they are ALWAYS superior displays. We stop time to time to pick up flowers for friends. Staff is friendly and will work to make your experience very enjoyable!
The recipients loved the arrangement. Was beautiful and delivered on time and was very fairly priced for the quality.
A mistake was made on an arrangement, a big mistake. Their response, I wish I could remember the exact words, was sincere, heartfelt, and appropriate. Not only did they make a hard situation right, they made it better. I will only buy my flowers from them in the future.
We went in to see what Marie's candies were available. Lisa was very helpful as always. About a year ago she was really helpful when I was talking to her about flowers for my grandmother's funeral.
