Alright, quick story.nnTo be honest, Murphy florist dropped the ball on my valentine order. I ordered a big bouquet and box of chocolates and what showed up was a very small arrangement (the one on the left) and no chocolates. I was pretty upset. I sent one of those mean emails to the florist, and to my surprise, within 15 minutes Logan called me and told me he was going to make it right.nnThe bouquet on the right and the two boxes of chocolates were promptly delivered to my house with an apology for getting the order wrong.nnBusinesses don’t always get it right. But when they own up to the mistake and then fix it, they win me over big time. I’ll be buying from Murphy again.
This guy is amazing! He delivered the most beautiful flowers in the snow! Honestly the most beautiful arrangement that I’ve ever seen!
I love this little florist shop! It’s so small and you would expect them to produce such beautiful arrangements! I can order something very specific or just tell the florist what the arrangement is for and I am always surprised at how gorgeous these arrangements are. They always deliver on time and have amazing communication. I cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars doesn’t do this little shop justice.
Murphy Florist was fantastic to work with! Even leading up to the wedding, Whitney was easy to get ahold of and she even listened to my baby scream one appointment and was very kind. Very personable and she absolutely nailed the flowers! I showed her a picture and she was able to duplicate it with her own special touch. I was very pleased with my bouquet and we have discussed making a replica in silk because I want it forever!!
