The Rowe family was very kind and thorough in handling my father's services last month. They never missed a single detail, and were very willing to answer any and all questions in a timely and pleasant manner. I would highly reccomend them.
I was absolutely impressed at how professional and organized these folks were at a recent funeral. I was escorting my friend who recently lost the love of her life. He was much too young to leave us, so naturally, this was one of those really bad situations. The funeral director ushered people in a stern but compassionate way. He made sure that the memorial service was promptly started and made sure to give the family privacy and invite people to leave after the memorial in order to do so. Everything that pertained to business (ex. who would take the flowers?) was handled in a very caring and professional fashion. He guided the family with a helping hand and true compassion. I know that the family did not see any of this, but I was there on the sidelines the whole time and appreciate all that this company did for my friend and the family.

Non compassionate, but mean, they seem fake in wanting to make you feel better.
The people who work here are rude and hostile to people. Do not use this place as they will only treat you with malice and disrespect.
