Josh saved the day!! I didn’t realize the store closed at 5:00 and he called me at 6:00 which I informed him I wasn’t going to be close to the store for at least another half hour. He met me at the door with a smile and was so very kind about the late pickup! He made my day!
bad service for the price you pay, this franchise needs to understand that customers pay for their service more than they pay for the stuff. the stuff probably doesn't even cost 1/10th of the overall cost, it's the service that matters, and this franchise service is horrible. very bad communicating with customers too.
Always beautiful presentation. Ever thought about deliveries at specific times? This is my only criticism. I am a repeat customer and will be back!

Submitted an order for a pick up on Valentine's Day. One hour before the time I was suppose to pick up my order, I was told they were unable to complete my order. They waited the entire day to inform me that it was cancelled and never provided me with a reason or the courtesy of a return phone call. I am still waiting for a refund and it has been almost 2 months. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE.
