Honestly so disappointed we drove almost three hours to get there with our emaciated helpless kitten and before we were able to get him help they wanted 5,000 for the internal medicine team or so called specialists before they would even talk to me! Or the other option is wait 4 months from now which he will be dead in there care!!! Beyond the worst experience! The woman on the phone barely said anything and then when I started crying asking what I should do she just hung up with not a care in the world. Since they only care about your pets if you have tons and tons of money! We thoight they were the best of the best, not anymore! :(
Everyone is so kind here. And they love my dog. They remember her from one appointment to the next which is so comforting.
