Great place staff and Drs.are so friendly. I must say the costs were a little shocking. So I can understand why people put off going. But in all they did a great job
They took care of our little shih tzu just from one visit and gave us an estimate on how much it would cost which was really helpful. Our gizmo gets so anxious visiting the vet but they handled him very well unlike prior vet experiences. Also they have a “little” outdoor dog fence!
This is a competent and thorough practice. Only three stars because they hired a rude receptionist who treats people with contempt. Why do such people work in customer service is beyond me.
Unfortunately was not a good result, but through not fault of the vets or staff there. They were kind, had a special room to say goodbye, and very understanding.
Northampton Veterinary Clinic is wonderful. All of the vets and staff are kind and compassionate. I know my furbabies are in good hands when they are sick. I appreciate the email reminders and the option to get prescriptions filled online.
