They have good variety in cheese; fresh vegetables. The frozen food area is good too. I tried the frozen paella and I liked it very much. Their prices in most of products are reasonable. Great customer service.
Finally, I was there this morning! I always loved the store from my visits there in NY City and always hoped that one day it will be in Ithaca. Here it is!nAmazing quality, more than reasonable prices, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very happy they are here, I will be devoted customer. Hope they open more stores in Ithaca. Welcome!!!
The aisles are pretty spacious compared to other Trader Joe's I've been to. Pretty much the same selection you can get at any other Trader Joe's store (although I'm still mad they don't carry the maple water or the Cocoa swirl cookie butter). The customer service is top notch. Even though this is about a 40 minute drive for me I'm making this my grocery store because I love Trader Joe's and this is now the closest one to me.
The store is tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly. The Prices seem reasonable. The produce appears fresh. Nice variety over all for a smaller store.
There are many different unique items that are available here and at reasonable prices. The Trader Joe's brand chocolate hazelnut biscotti, chocolate chip cookies, and popcorn are absolutely delicious. Plus, the staff here are helpful and friendly.
