Dr. Kim and his staff bend over backwards to help pets and their owners too! The office is always polite and professional. They always call to confirm appointments and follow-up treatment. Right before my last appointment, I discovered that I misplaced my cat's carrier. I called the office to cancel and they lent me a carrier for the appointment! I really appreciated that.nnI also mentioned that my cat bit me while getting ready to return and Dr Kim personally gave me first aid supplies to treat my wounds. Again, above and beyond. He also does veterinary dentistry as well. I would recommend this vet to anyone in the Flushing/Murray Hill/Little Neck areas.
Dr. Kim and his staff are very nice and I feel like they geuinely care for my dog. I have never felt rushed here - Dr. Kim takes his time to listen to my concerns. My dog can be a handful but Dr. Kim and his team are patient and truly caring. I am very glad to have found such a good vet for my dog in the neighborhood. :) They also have another location in Little Neck!
Office small but very clean; vets were extremely professional and friendly.
Very poor clinic. I don't recommend everyone to go. Dr Lu is very poor, he is not only unable to heal the animals, the charges are high and he really does not care about animals at all!
Their service is very nice ! I would like to recommend this place to all my friends ! :-)
