I love this place! Have been here 3 times at this point with my cat. Have been having some health problems with him and every visit has been amazing with them. Doctor is very caring and listens, and the front desk staff is always very helpful with scheduling and such. They even do check up calls sometimes. Only problem I have is that sometimes the wait can be a little much. Not always, so it really depends. But I do understand since it is a very small business and does not have the biggest staff. But the staff they do have is awesome!nPrices are very reasonable as well. Will definitely be coming here for both of my cats from now on.
Everyone at this practice is delightful, kind and professional. They are so good with the animals and genuinely exude care and passion towards the pets and their owners. Their prices are very reasonable and do not pressure you to move forward with expensive treatments like many other Vets do. They provide you different care options and give you the space to decide what's best.
You shouldn’t trust doctors who don’t want to explain things to you and just want you to foot a $1000 for unnecessary services. They made me pay for a weekend appointment even though it was for a check up and failed to mention it cost double. They also wanted to put her on 3 medications without knowing if there was something wrong with her!!! No thanks. Don’t trust this place.
Used to be better. Appointments are always rushed and I feel ask if the vets don’t want to hear my questions. I don’t have any confidence in this place. The vets can be careless at times as well. I always leave appointments still unclear about my cat’s condition. Don’t come here unless you absolutely need to, I would recommend going somewhere else even if you need to pay a little more, it’s worth it.
In a nutshell they are saving my pups (Yuka) life as I am typing this. I was desperate in finding a place where I can hospitalize her because she was in need of it asap. I emailed them and they got in contact with me in less than an hour and in detail told me whats wrong with her and they took their time examining my baby. The staff is so friendly and the doctors so informative. I'm so grateful that I found this spot, I don't understand the negative reviews. My experience has been amazing.
