Grand Av - Newtown

M & R service is great on the weekdays and while R trains sometimes take a while to come on weekends, there are rarely delays. As for the station, there isn't too much around the station besides houses and a couple stores but the station somehow manages to be the most crowded local station on Queens Boulevard. On weekends on the downtown platform there is usually over 75 people waiting by the time the train comes (usually every 12 minutes). Q58 buses are reliable both going north to Corona and south to Maspeth and Ridgewood. If you live in Corona I would recommend using this station & Q58 instead of the 7.

Trains run pretty much on time. If there are any delays use can use the MTA App to keep up with changes or delays. Buses are usually a little delayed in the late evening but nonetheless everything is always great.

Great service for weekdays, but terrible for weekends.

Great subway station that is located yet again next to another mall. Queens Place is a great little mall that has 5 floors and is a 5 minute walk from the station. There is also a high school located around here so the station is usually packed by students and it serves the local M/R trains.
