My Family and I have been customers of Marilyn for 20+ years. The customer service is impeccable, arrangements are done right and the quality of the products are always fresh. Although I have relocated out of state I still call on them to celebrate my loved ones that still reside in Queens. Give them a chance...you will not be disappointed!!!
Ordered with them for mother's day last year which was a pleasant experience.nnThis year I placed the order and received a confirmation. However, the flowers never arrived. I called this morning to see what happened and a gentleman told me the order was cancelled because they had received too many orders, and that I should have gotten an email. I explained I did not, and how could that have happened without notification.nnSpoke to Marilyn later in the day (afternoon) and she assured me that the issue would be rectified. She was pleasant and noted because of COVID the flowers were scarce. Looking forward to them making it right. Always want to support locale businesses first.
Amazing amazing. Ordered the flowers for same day delivery and my mum was thrilled with them! I asked them to add blue flowers and they made them a tasteful addition to the bouquet. They are gorgeous. Wish I had a better photo.nnWord to the wise: they are busy so get orders in fast!nnFantastic.
I ordered flowers for my Mom thru Teleflora for Christmas. Flowers by Marilyn made the arrangement for her. It was so fresh & beautiful, I will definitely be ordering thru them directly next time
Made a online order it was easy but getting the order was like the staff didn’t know much about it so it showed up a day late and minus the 19$ teddy bear and I left emails and they won’t respond so all I can say is the flower quality was good but everything else is terrible!
