I try to support my community. Last experience was great but an elderly man at location denied a simple purchase of flowers. Won't be going back there ever again. Nasty attitude and unnecessary disposition make this one of my worst shopping experiences. I just read your response. Nice, but I did and do always wear my mask. The hardest thing is to admit when our business has done wrong or hasn't quite reached the expectations of great customer service, but it hasn't. I would of appreciated an apology more than you pointing the blame towards a repeat customer.
I visited this store today and the service was magnificent. I was undecided on the flowers I wanted but the mood and attitude of the gentleman helping me never swayed. The flower arrangement made for me on short notice was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this shop.
I had a very bad experience. I bought a green plant on Friday and requested that it be delivered on Tuesday, but when I checked with the family on Wednesday it had not been delivered. It had been five days. I returned to store and the plant was still there. I paid a delivery charge. I subsequently delivered the plant and asked for a refund of the delivery charge. The plant was beautiful but the service was lousy. I will not shop there again.
I shop here twice a year. It's always busy during Valentine's day and mother's day.nThey need to be a little more nice and caring.
Ordered a birthday flower cake w candles on line. My arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The delivery was on time and professional.
