DO NOT ORDER FROM 1-800-Flowers- YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Promise by far the worst customer servicennWorst customer service ever!!! Flowers were not delivered till the next day! When I called the 1st time I was told that the flowers were out on delivery that was around 1pm by 3:30pm I called again and I was told no later than 4pm by 6pm I got an email saying that the business was already closed and they moved the delivery till the next morning but it was not delivered till 4:30pm the following day!! ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 NEVER ORDERING FROM 1800flowers ever again!!!

I ordered flower delivery for a friend’s birthday in advance and paid extra to expedite the delivery so it is delivered from 9am to 12pm time window on a Birthday.nnWhen it was not delivered at 12pm I called and was told that delivery time was shifted to 8pm.nnI called again at 8:05pm as flowers were still not delivered. I was not given any explanation why it was not delivered they just created a new redelivery order and told me it will be delivered the next day!nnWhen I explained that birthday is today and it has to be delivered today they said there is nothing they can about it.

I love fresh cut flowers in my home. After several fails with bodegas whose flowers die within days and other florists in the area keeping their doors locked, I felt I had to stop by and see if my neighborhood florist had a mini tree. Not only did they have it, but the lovely Czech woman working here was warm, knowledgeable of her business and very personable.nnI like to support small local businesses. She is a member of 1-800-Flowers if you need to order flowers. I am glad my doorway looks so much better now that I have a local florist.
