I cannot say enough positive things about this vet office. From the very first phone call to the two appointments I’ve had, I’ve been impressed by this office. They are friendly and welcoming. When they advertise fear free.. this is exactly what they mean. My Sphynx cat does not do well in a cat carrier and prefers to be in a stroller. I know most places prefer a carrier but this office allows for whatever Nala is most comfortable with. Nala, also, had an ear infection that was improperly treated by another vet office.. this was noticed immediately at her first visit and less than a week later, Nala’s ears are better (for the first time in almost a year) despite her numerous visits to another vet office. I’d recommend this vet office 100 times over and I am very thankful I’ve found them!
Very friendly staff, seem to care a lot about the animals they see & very reasonably priced services!
Extremely sweet staff who were very kind to my fearful kitty. I will be back with her as I don't want to take her anywhere else now. Also highly recommend crate training fearful kitties as it gave her a safe place to retreat to (photo from home).
EXCELLENT VET! We have brought our German Shepherd here multiple times; each time they're more than accommodating, and friendly. From start to finish they take the extra step to make sure you are satisfied. Our dog has extreme anxiety about going to the vet, which they handle well with complete sympathy, and professionalism. Could not recommend this office more!
I have had 4 appointments at Victor Vets. Great customer service. From the call to make the appointment to checking out, everyone was great! The prices seem very competitive. The office is so very clean and appointments are quick lowering stress. The rooms are large and designed for your pets comfort. For my cats there are toys for distraction, a climbing tree and even a litter box. They didn’t even notice that they got shots! I will also be moving my dog to Victor Vets for her next appointment.
