Took my cat here this morning for an urgent care visit because my regular vet wasn't open. The staff was so accommodating and Dr. Chris was just wonderful. She listened to all the info I gave her, made some longer-term treatment suggestions, and took great care of my cat. The price was not cheap but about what I expected to pay for an emergency.
The staff was incredible and Dr. Chris took such good care of our kitty Bella. You can tell the staff here truly loves animals. I valued their care and emergency services so much that we transferred our cat their as her primary vet. Thank you doesn't seem to cover it but, THANK YOU
So incredibly thankful for Ark right now. When calling over 20 vets in Rochester including both banfields where my cat is a wellness member at, Ark has shown the utmost concern for my cats health and have done whatever they can to see him or get him seen by someone else. All members from reception to techs to vet have been helpful in providing me information, keeping me up to date on what's going on and next steps, and have treated my cat like he is a current patient at Ark. I don't believe they are trying to get money from me because they stressed the importance of him being seen even, if out of town by different vets. They've shown genuwine care and concern and want to figure this out as much as I do. Here's to hoping we find out what's wrong with him tomorrow. It is clear the people at Ark have passion for their craft and compassion for pet parents. I'd be lost without their help right now.
This place has made me afraid of seeking urgent care in rochester for my pet. I dropped my pet off before work ( this was a nice gesture) and asked them to call if he was behaviorally too much to handle. I got there after work and he was scared to death, never left his carrier! I asked to leave and they refused to give me my pet back until I threatened to call the police. The new owner did a great job trying to amend the situation though.
Their website says they’re open 7 days a week, but once calling they’re only available Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday, and to top it off they don’t book appointments ahead you have to call the day of but by time I called at 10 am the entire day was already booked. I’m very very unhappy
