They have treated my sweet Dane puppy with the best care possible. I brought him in during an emergency situation and they got him in right away and went to work on him. I have received the most thorough updates on him and I have no worries with him in their care! I highly recommend this office to anyone who loves their pets! Dr. Pauly is the best!! You can tell he genuinely cares for every single animal and loves his job. Amazing vet.
Your staff is amazing, and willing to accommodate emergency visits. The techs were wonderful with our dog and the phone calls We’ve had with the Dr. have been so informative and kind... she answered all my questions, even when they were redundant. We will continue to drive an hour away for the best care and treatment. They literally saved our dogs life when other offices refused to see her... we will forever be grateful. Would recommend a million times over.
We love Countryside! We travel over 40 minutes just to come here. They have always been very helpful and kind. Our appointments are quick and they do a wonderful job explaining everything over the phone. They answer every little question we have and they take great care of our sweet chocolate lab. Couldn’t ask for more!
Absolutely, hands down, the best clinic in the north country! I have cats and large breed dogs who like to eat things they shouldn't and the staff is always warm and welcoming and personable when I call or we have to come in. They get us in quickly and the vets always take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and concerns no matter how big or small. I've had them save me money and time more than once. They treat my animals with love and care as if they were their own. I can't ever thank them enough for their amazing care they show my babies. Thank you Lowville Clinic!! You are all rock stars!!!
