I'm sorry to say I had a disappointing experience with this florist. We ordered over $300 worth of flowers for a funeral. 2 of the 3 pieces were nice...the 3rd was mostly greens with a few roses for $100. It was embarrassing. I called and complained and was told the arrangement was beautiful and full. That was not what we received. I don't know where the mix up was, all I know is I paid and lot of money for a very small arrangement and was not offered any compensation to offset the error. As a business owner, they should have investigated if they believed something different was delivered to us, ,but it wasn't. I feel I overpaid big time for that order!!
