I took my cat here because he had kitty pink eye. They gave him eye medication. A few days later my cat started limping on his back leg. I called them to schedule another appointment to look at his leg. But, they would not schedule an appointment. Saying a leg injury was an emergency and I needed to make an appointment elsewhere ASAP.
First time for me. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The Doctor was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend A Cats Place .
I wouldn't take my cats to anywhere else. One of my cats hated the vet, until I brought her here. Other vets would tell me to drug her before I took her anywhere. When she met Dr. G and her staff..she was a doll, and not afraid at all. Not having any dogs really changes the energy in the place!! Remember that. Through the good news, and heart breaking news that cat lovers have to endure -I wouldn't trust anyone else for my cats.
We came home late afternoon to find our old cat unable to walk and in a bad way. Our vet who was about to close recommended A Cats Place who took us right in. After examining my cat Dr. Guazzo let me know it was time. Dr. Guazzo and her staff were the most loving, compassionate veterinary personnel I have ever met- and I am a lifetime animal owner. It was a heartbreakingly sad experience yet they made it as wonderful as it could possibly be. I will be returning there under good circumstances with my other cat. What a great place this is. I truly appreciate their devotion to our pets.
Very rude....they offer no discount for found cats that need care ...they are obviously in business for the money, not caring truly for cats...shame on them
