Dr. Whalin and Dr. Frederick attended to my warmblood quickly and with clear diagonistic approach. They both put me at ease in a difficult situation, were accessible after treatment to discuss any questions I had. Very professional. They are also affiliated with New England Equine Hospital which is an added benefit.
Dr. Frederick saved the day after hours for my horse who was running a very high fever! Moose & I are so grateful for everything he did to bring his fever down and make him better! He came so quickly and made it easy to reach him & get Moose back to being healthy as fast as possible.
Dr. Frederick has all of the qualities I value in a vet, and it's not easy to find this. He responds quickly when I have questions, and I love that I always come away with a good understanding of the options available. I never feel pressured, but I do feel well informed and able to make good choices for my horses.nI appreciate that he's candid, and I'm feeling very lucky to have found him!nOne other aspect that is noteworthy is the customer service ~ I've found the office very nice to work with ~ that really does make for an overall good experience.
