I have ordered from the website several times and all expectations have always been met. Timely delivery and beautiful arrangements. No complaints whatsoever!

My brother’s girlfriend ordered flowers to arrive at the funeral home for my mother’s wake. They never arrived. They forgot. They offer a credit. She uses the credit to send flowers to dad’s house for yesterday and they arrive today and it looks like they took a $12 bouquet and stuck them in a vase. Save your money and go somewhere else. Update: to make matters worse the woman actually had the nerve to come back to the after we complained about her to 1(800) flowers to ask for the flowers back! Disgusting!

THE FLORIST SHOWED UP AT MY GRANDPARENTS HOUSE TO TAKE HER FLORAL ARRANGEMENT BACK! 8/11 My sisters and I order a happy birthday arrangement for $83 dollars (including tax). The arrangement wasn’t delivered on time so it had to be delivered to a 2nd location. When the flowers arrived they looked like it would’ve cost no more than $30 worth of flowers from the grocery store. So my sister called 1800flowers to let them know she wasn’t happy with what we received. They agreed to give some money back. We give my 73 year old Grandma the flowers and apologize for their appearance. The florist goes to the location the flowers were delivered and the home owner gives her my grandparents address thinking she’s replacing the flowers with a different arrangement. NO SHE CAME TO TAKE THE FLOWERS AND HER REASONING WAS THAT 1800flowers didn’t pay her the full amount. She didn’t apologize for their appearance and offer to fix the problem. Instead she made matters worse by showing up. My sister tries explaining that the florist need to speak to 1800flowers but the woman kept saying “I call them already” IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY DISGUSTING OF HER TO BULLY MY SISTER TO GET THE FLOWERS BACK! When she was 2hours late And had to deliver the arrangement we ordered and the arrangement my Aunt ordered to a 2nd location. She should’ve apologized and gave a little teddy bear or a $20 gift card..anything. I’ve never seen something so ghetto. We were given SOME money back and she came to take the flowers back as if we didn’t pay for them! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE!

Didn't check reviews before I ordered, but my wife said everything looked beautiful when it was delivered. My only critique would be they were delivered a little late in the day, but I'm just happy they arrived :)
