I don't leave too many reviews, but I just wanted to say how outstanding Batts Florist after my recent order. My wife and I are located in Canada, and wanted to order flowers for a friend in New York who going through surgery. I was bit leery about ordering flowers online, and couldn't fit the contents of our card in the field for it on the website. When I called up, the ladies were very friendly and helpful, transcribed our card from an email we sent, and were just above and beyond. Highly recommend these guys!
I cannot say enough good things about Carol - the owner - and Batts Florist. I called today from Massachusetts to order some flowers for a very dear friend whose mother had just died. Carol answered the phone before the posted hours, worked with me patiently to deliver what I wanted and sent a picture before delivery. The arrangement/end result was lovely, extremely fair pricing and all done with a smile! I certainly will look forward to ordering from Batts and Carol again soon! I wish more florists were like this! Rarely do I have this good an experience with a florist and especially long distance! Thank you Carol for your wonderful job!
I was extremely impressed by the arrangements I ordered. Carol created the 3 individual arrangements exactly as pictured on the website. As well, I missed the cutoff time for the same day delivery but she graciously informed me that they could have them delivered. My sister sent me a picture and we both agreed the flower arrangements to be beautifully done. Thank you Carol!
