At the beginning of the process, Lucille was very accommodating. I reached out to her in regards to starting to design the centerpieces and didn’t receive much of a response. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and we were unable to hold our ceremony. When I reached out about cancelling my event and negotiating a deposit return, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of her. I have still yet to receive the agreed upon amount or even a response. From pictures I’ve seen of her work online, it looks amazing. Unfortunately in my opinion it is very difficult to communicate with this vendor.
Bouquet I ordered was above and beyond what I expected. Absolutely beautiful!!
