Friendly staff. You have to sit in car while your hurt or sick animal is taken inside and treated. Then they call you with options and fully explain cost of every choice. And you sit in your car while they finish treating your animal. Called with followup and did an overall great job!
Excellent, clean and friendly
I have always taken my dog to Dr. Sun or Dr. Walker - both are great and I highly recommend them! Also, Dr. Ronja is PHENOMENAL with horses and provided great service to my mare recently.nHowever, I would not recommend using Dr. Johnson for any equine veterinary services. She came out to look into some stiffness/very slight lameness in my mare. During the appointment, she was not able to adequately answer the questions I had regarding the treatment plan she proposed or offer insight into potential causes/options going forward. The evaluation was not thorough or methodical and gave me less confidence in her diagnosis. After a second appointment, she wanted me to schedule a third appointment to have X-rays done (more $$) but never offered to do a flexion test prior. Instead, I called a different practice for a second opinion. After they performed a flexion test and thoroughly examined her, they suggested putting her into a consistent exercise program and putting shoes on her front feet. Simple fix and it worked wonders! I will add that the Midstate office staff were great to work with, very understanding, and made an adjustment to my bill after I shared my frustration with the treatment plan Dr. Johnson was leading me down.
Dr Sun is the BEST !! I wouldn't take my fur kids anywhere else. The entire staff are wonderful ❤
Beyond incredible!!! This is the one vet place that actually CARES about our animals. They Will do everything in their power to help our fur babies!!
