They are truly caring and helpful , patient and understanding even in an emergency. I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else. This place has been my absolute go to for almost 20 years. I’m very thankful for them.

Called about a pet of mine and was told very rudely to maybe try back next year since I haven’t been there already and when asked about other places was simply told idk cornel hospital? And hung up! That was very uncool and will never try to go back there ever again and will never refer anyone to them!
