From initial call to checking out, the process is smooth and well coordinated. Staff is empathic, knowledgeable, and always helpful with a pleasant attitude. The doctors and vet assistants truly care about your pet, treating them like they truly are part of your family. They ask questions and listen to your concerns. They take a team approach which is reassuring. I like that they give you options for you to consider when trying to find the best plan for treatment. They are not pushy. Overall, I'm always very satisfied and freely recommend this practice to family and friends. Thank you to all who work at The Village Animal Clinic.
Always do best to accommodate schedule for appointments. Everyone is polite and helpful. Always check to see if I have any additional needs maybe not mentioned when making appointment and answers all questions at or after. Knowledgeable and respectful. Treats a wider verity of animals than most vets. (Birds for example)
My wife and I have six guinea pigs; The Village Animal Clinic is the only one that specializes in small and exotic animals in our area. Even then, they give the most utmost care and love to our little family members. I can't recommend them enough if you have small or exotic loved ones.
I have been taking my pets here for 20+ years since I got my 1st cat. She passed away 2 months ago and they handled everything so respectfully and kindly. They allowed my partner and mother to come in with me to be with our baby and comfort her in her last moments. Now my partner and I still bring our 2 dogs and my mother brings her cat
We've taken our greyhound to the Village Animal Clinic for over three years, and they're the most caring and wonderful vets. They are clear in communication, have reasonable rates, and take the time to understand each individual animal. Every vet and staff member we've interacted with has been fantastic. We can't recommend them highly enough!
